A trained mechanic with extensive experience in fleet management, Julien Bélair joined Sanivac in 2018 as the fleet director. He has played a key role in supporting the exceptional growth of the company, which expanded from 30 to 300 trucks. This development illustrates his ability to accompany rapid expansion while maintaining rigorous quality standards. From the beginning, Julien dreamed of creating an independent production line, separate from Sanivac’s operations, to market the company’s unique expertise. For him, if Sanivac can produce trucks to its own high standards, it can undoubtedly meet the expectations of the entire market.
Today, Julien is proud to bring to life this project he had long conceptualized. Leading this new effort, his role is to ensure that each client has an impeccable experience by overseeing every step of the process, from design to after-sales support. With trucks designed by operators for operators, Julien believes that this approach guarantees the highest quality and satisfaction.

SÉBASTIEN GALIPEAU
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Sébastien is the production foreman at VACFORCE, where he supervises a team of experts including welders, assemblers, electromechanics, hydraulic technicians, and mechanics. His role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality products while optimizing production processes. In constant communication with the designer-drafters and the production coordinator, Sébastien ensures that deadlines are met and that each project is delivered on time, all while maintaining rigorous quality control.
With a solid background as a welder-assembler and mechanic, Sébastien has accumulated several years of expertise in custom work. His leadership on the shop floor is characterized by unwavering determination, remarkable tenacity, and a deep passion for his trade. Committed to exceeding expectations, he takes pride in satisfying both the buyers and the operators of the equipment, always striving to surpass requirements.
Since 2020, Sébastien held this position at Sanivac before making the transition to its sister company, VACFORCE. Through his journey, he has developed a rigorous approach to the vacuum truck industry, convinced that the only way to do things is to do them right the first time.
ANTOINE COUTURE-POULIN
DESIGN DRAFTSMAN
Although young, Antoine Couture-Poulin has already built a solid reputation in the field through his many years of experience in 3D design and modeling of vacuum equipment. He plays a crucial role at VACFORCE, where he actively participates in the design and development of next-generation vacuum trucks. His passion for technical accuracy and commitment to innovation make him a cornerstone of the design team.
Antoine never hesitates to express his opinions on all aspects of the process, whether it’s about the selection of parts, assembly methods, or production techniques. His curious approach and attention to detail ensure that every truck that comes under his scrutiny benefits from maximum optimization. Akash holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University, where he graduated with distinction. His solid academic background has sharpened his analytical skills, enabling him to tackle technical challenges in an innovative way. Before joining VACFORCE, he gained valuable experience in designing and manufacturing OEM parts for the automotive industry. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of quality standards and manufacturing requirements, which are essential in a constantly evolving sector.
