Julien Bélair

Vice President | Fleet Management

A trained mechanic with extensive experience in fleet management, Julien Bélair joined Sanivac in 2018 as Fleet Director. He played a key role in supporting the company’s exceptional growth, as the fleet expanded from 30 to 300 trucks. This development reflects his ability to support rapid expansion while maintaining rigorous quality standards. From the beginning, Julien envisioned creating an independent production line, separate from Sanivac’s operations, to commercialize the company’s unique expertise. In his view, if Sanivac can produce trucks that meet its own high standards, it can undoubtedly meet the expectations of the entire market.

Today, Julien is proud to bring to life a project he had long envisioned. Leading this new initiative, his role is to ensure that every client benefits from a flawless experience by overseeing every step of the process, from design to after-sales service. With trucks designed by operators for operators, Julien is convinced that this approach guarantees the highest level of quality and satisfaction.

Known for his attentive listening, people-first approach, and empathy, Julien embodies authentic and collaborative leadership. Sébastien Galipeau

Production Director

Sébastien is the Production Foreman at VACFORCE, where he supervises a team of experts including welders, assemblers, electromechanics, hydraulic technicians, and mechanics. His role is to ensure the delivery of superior-quality products while optimizing production processes. Working closely with design engineers and the production coordinator, Sébastien ensures that deadlines are met and that each project is delivered on time, while maintaining rigorous quality control.

With solid experience as a welder-assembler and mechanic, Sébastien brings several years of expertise in custom fabrication. His leadership on the shop floor is defined by unwavering determination, remarkable tenacity, and a deep passion for his craft. Committed to exceeding expectations, he takes pride in satisfying both equipment buyers and operators, always striving to go beyond requirements.

Since 2020, Sébastien held this position at Sanivac before making the move to its sister company, VACFORCE. Through his experience, he has developed a rigorous approach to the vacuum truck industry, convinced that the only way to do things is to do them right the first time.

Philippe Lagüe

Recognized as a leading expert in the design of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, as well as automation, Philippe Lagüe has built an exceptional career in the vacuum truck industry. His path, marked by collaborations with several manufacturers in the sector, has allowed him to develop rare expertise, placing him at the forefront of his field. Philippe is appreciated for his ability to remain calm and methodical, while being attentive to clients’ needs and strongly focused on finding effective solutions.

Philippe joined VACFORCE because of his deep knowledge of the Kelly family and their standards of excellence. Working with the best in his field allows him to bring his ideas to life and play a central role in the company’s strategic decisions. For him, VACFORCE represents much more than a simple truck manufacturer : it is a unique opportunity to get closer to the day-to-day reality of vacuum truck operators, thanks to the close relationship with Sanivac. This direct contact with end users allows him to design equipment that responds even more precisely to operators’ needs, thereby optimizing their efficiency in the field.

Graduated in aeronautics, Philippe has an exceptional mastery of technical drawings and specifications, allowing him to bring a unique level of detail to every project. As Production Coordinator at VACFORCE, he ensures that human and material resources are perfectly aligned with sales objectives and workshop production requirements. In addition, his role does not stop there : he is also a key contact in the customization of equipment for clients and ensures their complete satisfaction during technical follow-ups after delivery.
